Rubber Cold-feed extruder and injection molding machine are the most important forming equipment. Rubber Cold-feed extruder has been widely used in the rubber industry , but rubber injection molding machine has not been yet , just produce small rubber products, because it has a big and complicated hydraulic system which drives the screw as a piston along axil for injection movment .However , injection machine can not be replaced by other machine , having the advantage of high efficiency and good quality .In this paper , the systematic experiment on a rubber cold -feed extruder has been carried out .Accoding to the state of extrusion theory research ,it is put forword that the whole extrusion process of rubber is different from plastics , and mathmatic models of including whold process factors are set up. By theoretical inference , calculation and the experiment carried on screw-rotating injection molding machine, it is proved that the rubber cold-feed extruder can be changed into rubber screw-rotating injection molding machine, By controlding extrution quantity and head pressure ,the screw only rotating not moving back and forth, rubber cold-feed extruder can reach the injecting quqntity and pressure requirements for injection molding . Main results obtained in the work are as followings :1. The rubber rotating injection is tested in φ65 rubber cold-feed extruder . It is firstly proved that the screw only rotating not moving...
