For the requests of market, linking with China society situation, no-toxicity or low-toxicity solvent is adopted to recycle waste foamd polystyrene plastics(FPS) in this research. The waste foamd polystyrene plastics dissolve quickly in the solvent and the solubility is high. The application of waste foamd polystyrene plastics is excavated sufficiently and the feasible methods of reusing FPS are studied; Through modification during experiment, the coating and adhesive are made by waste foamd polystyrene plastics. In order to realize the development of circulation economy, the goal of turning rubbish into treasure is diligently achieved, resources are fully used and the environmental pollution is thoroughly under control.Use precipitation method to recycle waste foamd polystyrene plastics. The process only needs simply heating-up so the energy is saved. After the pretreament of C5 distillate in petroleum decomposition by-product, the product can be used as the solvent to recycle waste foamd polystyrene plastics. The application of petroleum decomposition by-product is fully excavated. The precipitating agent is chosen to purify polystyrene through the recrystallation method, thus the high quality polystyrene nanoparticles is obtained. The low-toxicity solvent and precipitating agent are cheap, rich, easily gained and reused. The solvent recovery rate is high. The rotary intermittent-fed equipment with recycling unit of solvent volatile is used in experiment, so the loss of solvent is reduced and there is no second pollution. The performance of recycled polystyrene is tested and the result shows that the quality of recycled polystyrene meets the standards; Infrared spectra analysis of recycled polystyrene shows that the product is suitable for the absorbance of polystyrene; C,H analysis of recycled polystyrene shows that the experimental values agree with theoretical values.Use the method of distillation solvent to recycle waste foamd polystyrene plastics. According to the rule that the like dissolves each other, among most organic solvents, petroleum chemical industry by-products, the organic chemical industry intermediates and so on, the solvent suitable for recycling waste foamd polystyrene plastics is chosen. We study the nature and structure of cyclohexene. Cyclohexene is the intermediate of benzene hydrogenation to prepare cyclohexane. It also exists in the coal-tar oil.
