Study On Principle And Application Of Purifying Sugar Juice By Super-Fluidics Floatation

Floatation, as a means of solid-liquid separation, is widely used on chemical engineering, mining, paper, sugar production, waste water purification, environmental protection, etc. Super-fluidics floatation is high efficient compared with commons. The fluidics floatation equipment adopted in the experiment can form equal micro-bubbles according to fluidic principle, which can shorten the retention time and increase the efficiency of solid-liquid separation.The main factors of influencing juice purification of floatation are the extent of colloidal flocculation and combination of micro-bubbles with floc. Flocculation is mainly affected by process parameters, addition of clarifying agents, conformation and feature of colloid and pigment, etc.The study in the experiment is on the optimization of process parameters, conformation and variation of colloid in the sugar juice, content of phenols and its variation, forming and disappearing of bubbles in different conditions, etc. Striking effects have been achieved in the clarification of sugar production after the above research results and optimum scheme were used, which is has the realistic meaning for guiding the production and raising the theory and academic level.The results of orthogonal test showed that the concentration of P₂O₅ is the key factor of affecting purity, reducing sugar, color, turbidity, calcium and rising speed of scum; pH of limed juice is that of color, turbidity and scum volume; neutralized juice is that of purity and calcium; concentration of flocculant is that of scum volume and rising speed of scum. The influence of P₂O₅ concentration on variation of reducing sugar and color is significant, pH value of neutralized juice on drop of turbidity and pH value of limed juice on scum volume are also significant, the concentration of P₂O₅ is more significant on calcium variation...
