Supported by the project of HY-1 satellite data demonstrating system of National Satellite Ocean Application Service, to meet the demand of distributing the CCD data of Chinese first ocean satellite, the paper researches on the system of using HY-1A Satellite CCD in monitoring important river mouth service.The paper analyzes the application of HY-1 Satellite CCD data comparing to other similar application system in the world, and designs the construction plan of HY-1 Satellite CCD data aiming to applications and sharing in different OS, and gains control rules of data flow and integrated applying process. The paper also researches thematic mapping and system integrating. Based on the analysis of application need and the spectrum character of HY-1A CCD, the paper reforms algorithms of mask, coastal line extracting, suspended sediment analyzing and tidal zone classifying, realize to serve for monitoring system. The paper include following main works:(1)The paper researches the character and technique index of HY-1A Satellite CCD sensor, and sums up the research of monitoring Chinese important river mouth, gives the detail need of using CCD in system construction.(2) The paper analyzes the application of HY-1 Satellite CCD data comparing to other similar application system in the world and main business remote sense image processing system, and designs the construction plan of HY-1 Satellite CCD data aiming to applications, including structure of sharing in different OS, logic frame and data flow control rule. The paper designs the developing environment, physical topological structure and function flow setup.(3) Based on the application targets, the paper reforms cloud detecting algorithm, land mask algorithm, coastal line extracting, suspended sediment analyzing and tidal zone classifying algorithm to fit HY-1A Satellite CCD data. And then tests the system in Huanghe river mouth and Zhujiang river mouth.(4)The paper designs the file format of HY-1A CCD level 3 product, and researches the technique of making thematic map using ArcGIS VBA mode, and realize envelope the product making module.(5)Based on IDL realizes integrating in different OS. By designing data control switch and public variable and user variable, the paper realize data flow controlling; By designing right integrator parameters and file, the paper realize calling function modules.
