Industrial steam injection boiler is the most frequently used industrial boilers in the oilfields, and it plays an important role for the oil extraction process. The traditional management of steam injection is often dependent on the professional manual operation. However, for relatively simple boiler status monitoring, parameter settings and other needs, and if so specialized personnel management, will result in a tremendous waste of human resources. For this reason, industry and academia has introduced automation and control technology, computer technology to the industrial steam injection control and management in the past.Currently, there have been numerous research results and related products for the lower machine, but for how to use the PC for data collection and analysis studies are less.In accordance with the software engineering, this theis give the design and implementation of the data collection and management system in monitor computer for professional steam injection boiler.First, the detail analysis of the workflow visualization, parameter setting, ignition furnace, regulation and control, status monitoring, data query and statistics, data communications and other business processes is given.Then, with using bject-oriented development methods and C# programming language, the system was designed and implemented in the.NET environments. The modules including workflow visualization, parameter setting, ignition module, adjust the control module, status monitoring, data query and statistical, data communications etc., are designed and implementated in this thesis.The workflow visualization module is mainly responsible for displaying the workflow of steam injection boiler; the parameter setting module allows the user to set the boiler-related parameters dynamically; the ignition module is responsible for controlling the boiler ignition boot process; the regulation control module is responsible for the regulation of the boile; the condition monitoring module is responsible for monitoring the boiler operating status in real time; the data query and statistics module provides users with real-time data and historical boiler statistical data; the data communication module is responsible for the communication with the lower machine work.This system will be used by Tongyi Technology Ltd of Shenyang University of Technology.The authors of this thesis give the whole design of this work, and and realized the importance of the system modules. The system can meet the application needs of steam injection boiler for oilfields. And it can provide a reliable means of technical support for safe and efficient operation of steam injection boiler. At present, the system has been test run job, the users’feedback indicates that the system is not only greatly improve the monitoring of steam injection boiler efficiency, while effectively reducing the monitoring and maintenance costs.
