For the sake of offshore full-scale investment and development with high speed and high efficiency, there exist three tough problem which are respectively how to settle the development scale and project correctly in order to reduce capital risk with offshore engineering, how to realize rapid and high efficient production for continental sediment and how to gain the biggest recovery ratio under condition of high-speed production. The uncertainty of project has extended the involving area of the development project of offshore oilfield so that the coincidence rate of project counted roughly is less than 80 percent, 50 percent worst. Under the policy of high-speed production for offshore oilfield development the steps taken focus on increasing the pressure of production, which is less useful for the continental sediment oilfield with thin strata. Even though many advanced technologies such as horizontal well, multi-hole, sidetrack, etc, start to be utilized to change the condition, it is uncommon for them to be applied at a large scale in trial stage. Increasing the ratio of recovery has become unsolvable problem with offshore development and the statistic of the predicted final ratio of recovery with developed offshore oilfield is around 14-17 percent, which is equal to 50 percent of nominal recovery ratio. How to determine the policy of enhancing recovery ratio at the early stage of development has become more and more important for offshore production with high speed and efficiency, for the traditional technology applications for enhancing recovery ratio are limited at the late stage by some special conditions.GuanJiaPu area of DaGang oilfield is located in the area of shallow water. In conjunction with the character of shallow water, taking reservoir fine modeling at early stage, development technology of horizontal well and how to raise recovery ratio under condition of massive production and injection as the objective of research, the report runs the research of development with high efficiency for bottom-water and multilayer sandstone reservoir of GuanJiaPu area.
