With the continuous development of economic globalization and the continuous innovation of management concepts,the concepts of supply chain management and logistics management emerge at the historic moment,and they are closely related.The development of supply chain management originates from logistics management which is a part of supply chain management.Scholars in many developed countries gradually realized the importance of supply chain logistics capability in the operation of supply chain and began to study the influence of supply chain logistics capability and its components on the overall competitiveness of supply chain in the 1990 s.With the fierce competition in the global market,manufacturers can no longer occupy the market unilaterally by of their cost and quality advantages.In order to survive and develop in the fierce market,more enterprises begin to attach importance to logistics management and take it as one of the core competitive advantages.On the other hand,information is one of the key components of supply chain management.As the communication carrier of each link in the supply chain,information sharing has become a hot topic because it plays a very important role in the cooperation between enterprises and the effective use of resources.And many domestic and foreign research shows that information sharing in supply chain has a positive effect.The current predicament of Enterprise A urgently needs to improve the logistics performance to meet the 100% delivery rate required by customers.As A logistics manager of Enterprise A,the author began to think about whether the logistics operation performance could be improved through information sharing so as to reach the 100% delivery requirement of customers.The author by reference knowledge and related literature at home and abroad,improve logistics performance practice,analyzes the logistics performance of this enterprise,finds out the key factors that may affect the enterprise logistics performance is the inventory information and shipping information,and to assume that if the enterprise can will this two information sharing to logistics department,logistics department can meet customer requirements of the delivery rate of 100%.First,the process was optimized to realize information sharing.Then,short-term and small-scale experiments were conducted to verify logistics performance after information sharing.The experimental results showed that orders for the two internal information sharing reached 100% delivery requirements.In addition,according to the relevant knowledge of process management,the author optimizes and reconstructs the existing process,and realizes the sharing of internal inventory information and delivery information with the help of system tools.After information sharing,continuous tracking of logistics performance and analysis found that the final verification through the enterprise inventory information and delivery information sharing,improve the enterprise's logistics performance,and increase the delivery rate to 100%.Logistics capability has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises.What is the logistics performance of an enterprise? How to improve the logistics performance of an enterprise needs to be considered and analyzed according to the actual situation of the enterprise.Based on the actual situation of the company where I work,the author has studied the extent to which the internal information sharing of company A,that is,the sharing of inventory information and shipping information,affects logistics performance.Information sharing is recognized as a way to improve logistics performance,but the degree of impact of information sharing on different indicators of logistics performance is not clear,and the author has quantified information sharing on logistics performance through the design and practice of information sharing schemes process.The degree of impact,that is,according to the actual situation of the enterprise,through the sharing of inventory information and delivery information to achieve 100% on-time delivery target.It has innovative significance for quantifying the impact of internal information sharing on logistics performance.
