With the development of the modern manufacture technology, it is urgent requirement for the higher performance of the NC (numeric control) machine tools. NC system, as the core of the NC machine tool, is crucial important, and its performance affects the NC machine directly, so it is of great meaning to develop NC system with high performance. Although the domestic NC systems have developed greatly, and also some systems which is developed by ourselves are being used in industry production, the gap between domestic NC systems and exotic famous ones is still very large, especially in high level NC systems. So it has great strategic meaning to develop NC systems with independent intellectual property rights.The development of modern NC system will surely be more open, high er precision, higher speed and more digitalized. Given that, it arises a series of problems such as: how the NC system adapts such development direction, how to solve the contradiction between the OS's real time property and NC system's open, universal property, how to diminish the affection of the real-time OS's respond precision to machining with high speed and high precision and how to rise the frequency of interpolation sampling and rise the respond precision, etc. All these problems should be solved, and many research works are carrying out for them. Having analyzed and researched the structure of modern NC systems, a compiled-typed NC system is advanced and its key technology is studied.Synchronours running-mode of NC system makes interpolation cycle be closely associated with servo cycle, and requires every task in the data link to be synchronous and keep real-time strickly, which limits the performance of NC system to be improved. However, asynchronours running-mode of NC system separate inpterpolation compution from servo control, and makes both not be close, which makes compiled-running of NC program be possible. Intepreted-running mode of tranditional NC program is builded up synchronous running-mode of NC system and have much problem, so working principle of NC program compiled-running mode is put forward, realization mode of compiled-running mode is studied, working mode of compiled-running mode based on general Windows OS and real-time communicaion interface is presented, key technology and feasibility of this mode is analyzed, realizaition mode, buildup structure and architecture of compiled-typed is presented and analyzed in the paper.Compiler is one of core parts of compiled-typed NC system. Principle of compiler organization is presented in this study through analyzing functions of compiler. Meanwhile, some key technologies about this compiler are analyzed and studied, which including coding, tool compensation and ACC/DEC control. The compiler which is suitable for compiled-typed NC system is developed, while operating principle and function of the compiler is validated using simulation experiment.The commucation control of target code files is important part of compiled-typed NC system, and also is a key factor of assuring compiled-running mode to be feasible. Operational principle of the commucation control of target code files in compiled-typed NC system is presented, and its key technologies are researched, which include communication interface achievement method, storge mothed and position control, then read-writen control on ping-pang mode of target code buffer memory is studied.Adopted PCI, FPGA and DSP technology, the communication control interface card of compiled-type NC system is explored and developed, and its function and real-time performance is verified through experiment.Finally, Hardware and software structure of compiled-typed NC prototype system developed is introduced, and the performance parameters the prototype system is presented. Motion control experiment and parametric curve direct interpolation experiment are finished by bonnet polishing machine tool with compiled-typed NC prototype system, the result is proved that working principle of compiled-typed NC system is right and validity.
