Research On The Evolvement, Mechanism And Construction Of Work-live Community Based On Mixed-use Development

Work and live are two cores of human settlement organization. In the rapid urbanizing region form grass-roots, industrial agglomeration highly overlays residential growth in geographic unit. Mixed-use development becomes the key motivation of regional construction dynamics and settlement evolvement. Based on the dual aspects of human settlement science and economic geography, this study focuses on the phenomenon of work-live in urbanism and its spatial formation mechanism. The scale of building, neighborhood, and district are all included in the research scope:(â…°) At the scale of building, mixed-use factors has been reduced.
