In this paper we described the general situation of airborne photo-electricity scout and survey equipment(APSSE), and the research situation in this field at home and aboard. It's emphasized that the APSSE is indispensable in between development of the high tech weaponry. Generally, APSSE is used to implement the measuring of the precise angle and position of ground goal or space goal. It's indispensable equipment in conventional weapon shooting range, airborne photo-electric reconnaissance and photo-cell tracking. The applying fields of the APSSE can be divided into such three as: 1. airborne photo-measuring equipment in shooting range, 2. airborne photo-electric reconnaissance equipment, 3.airborne photo-electric fire control and tracking system. Based on the items about APSSE we studied in recent years concerned with mobile measuring error, this thesis performed the study on the theory, and stressed on analysis and discussion the error species, error sources, error transfer relations of APSSE. From point of view of APSSE system, we setup the measuring error equation to fill up the tech blank of our institute in this fieldSecondly we expatiated on the measuring theory and measuring error of APSSE. Commonly, APSSE is fixed on the aircraft tracking or measuring the goal in the air or on the ground. The measuring precision directly affects the evaluation of the parameters and status of the goal. Compared with currently fire control system, APSSE has such characteristic as: highly precision, complex construction, high technique, etc. So this thesis expatiated in detail on the measuring theory of APSSE, emphases on the discussion of system error and random error of APSSE, deduced the three axis error of APSSE usign the coordination transformation methods, provided the applying base for the measuring error equation of APSSE.In this paper, we emphases on expatiating the basic theory of usign space coordination transformation in the measuring error equation of APSSE. Including usign coordinate transformation method to deduce the uniform coordinate from the Object Coordinate to the Photo Coordinate, then setup the measuring error equation of APSSE, this established the theory ground of usign the Mont Carlo method to analysis the error of APSSE. There are errors from every tache of coordinate transform. Since there are over twenty taches from the object to the photo, the error analysis method is firstly unit analysis and the synthesize. After established the error equation usign the coordinate transform method, quantificational anglicizing the total error is possible. It's an innovation in the error theory to analysis the measuring error of the APSSE usign the Monte Carlo method. This paper utilizing the deduced error equation of APSSE, establishing the equation be convenient to usign the Monte Carlo method, providing a new method to anglicizing the error of APSSE. The thesis discussed in detail on the theory of usign the Monte Carlo method and its application on error analysis of APSSE, introduced the characteristics of the Mont Carlo calculating method. Based on the error distributing of the APSSE, we established the error equation helped to calculate the error of APPSE usign the Matlab software. Then we designed and wrote the emulating program of the APSSE measuring equation. The result indicated that the emulating program wore right written, and it satisfied the demand of calculation in our institute.
