Digital The airborne photo-electricity Survey equipment fixed on the aircraft tracks andmeasures the target in the air or on the ground, then gives the precise position information of thetarget. It’s indispensable equipment in conventional weapon shooting range, airborne photo-electricmeasuring and photo-cell tracking. With the development of The Times, The accuracy of targetpositioning of photo-electric measuring system is higher and higher in modern war, and its measuringprecision directly affects the result of evaluating the state parameters of the goal and the analysis ofbattlefield situation. So we need to find out the main factors affecting the precision of the airbornephoto-electricity Survey equipment.This article introduces the method of technology index of photo-electric platform according to thetactics used indicators, designs some key parameters,such as focal length,view angle,resolution,ect.Considering the practical characteristic of airborne photo-electricity tracking survey system, weestablished the coordinate conversion equation by using the homogeneous coordinate conversiontheory,then wrote simulation program of coordinate conversion error of airborne photo-electricitytracking survey system by using Monte-Carlo method.By this program I analyzed the effect of someparameters in airborne Survey device on orientation result and guiding result, found out the mainfactors, and found out the main factor is attitude Angle of carrier aircraft on orientation result. Severalapproaches to improve the accuracy of airborne Survey device were presented. Aiming at the noise ofattitude angle data of carrier aircraft, adaptive filtering technique is used to improve the angularaccuracy of the aircraft attitude, and then improve orientation accuracy. Experimental results showedthat increasing attitude angular accuracy of carrier aircraft can obviously increase the orientationaccuracy.The paper studies the airborne photo-electric measuring system and the target positioningtechnologies. And a set of accurate and feasible methods are summarized according to theory andexperiment,preparing for future development and improvement.
