The airborne photo-electricity measuring system fixed on the UAV tracks and measures the target in the air or on the ground. With the development of The Times, The accuracy of target positioning of photo-electric measuring system is higher and higher in modern war. So how to find out the factors which affect the precision and the ways to reduce the positioning error, becomes a very important task of developing higher performance photo-electric measuring equipment in the overall design.This article studies the technology index of the photo-electric platform on UAV in the practical work, in order to meet the requirements of photo-electric platform in the new situation. This article introduces the method of technology index of photo-electric platform according to the tactics used indicators, designs some key parameters,such as focal length,view angle,resolution,ect.The technology index of photo-electric platform directly impact on its performance quality. Considering the practical characteristic of airborne photo-electricity measuring system in target orientation, the coordinate conversion equation is established by using the homogeneous coordinate conversion theory. In order to get the influence factors of orientation accuracy, error analysis must be made in positioning process. The monte-carlo method applied to the error analysis achieves good results. This text writes simulation program of coordinate conversion error of airborne photo-electricity tracking survey system, after many simulation and statistics, finds out the main factors is attitude Angle of carrier aircraft on orientation result. Aiming at the noise of attitude angle data of carrier aircraft, adaptive filtering technique is used to improve the angular accuracy of the aircraft attitude, and then improve orientation accuracy. Experimental results show that increasing attitude angular accuracy of carrier aircraft can obviously increase the orientation accuracy. At last, summary and outlook end this paper, including main jobs and some shortcomings.The paper studies the airborne photo-electric measuring system and the target positioning technologies. And a set of accurate and feasible methods are summarized according to theory and experiment,preparing for future development and improvement.
