Research And Application On Integration Of Distribution Planning Management System

As the distribution system becomes more and more huge and complex, establishing and using distribution management system completely is the urgent affairs. First, this paper presents the changes of the electrical enterprise reform and electricity consume environment that the distribution management face in china. Then it reviews the research results of the distribution management globally and analyses the questions and research state of the distribution management information system, the distribution planning investment project, the distribution network reconfiguration, the same trade comparing of the distribution. However, due to the wide-range, fuzziness and risk character of the distribution management, based on fuzzy set and genetic algorithm theory, the major contents and research results are as follows:1.The multi-object group decision integration model research and application based on fuzzy set theory. Using the fuzzy optimizing method based on fuzzy set theory to solve the distribution planning investment problem with the multi-object character. I in reason choose ten representative evaluating index from project, finance, environment and distributing ability aspects. At the same time, I use the TOPSIS and GRAY method to do the comparing computing. I researched the rights combination design based on the template, the project selection based on risk fitness degree, the ratio of benefits and risk and the largest relative membership, the method using mood arithmetic operators and add the new evaluating aspect factors through the dialog template to improve the application of fuzzy optimizing arithmetic.2. Using GPS to position repair vehicles, locale subsystems collect the locale repair data, design locale emergency measures, print work paper, accept the unite scheduling ,etc. Using GSM sms as the communication channel between locale subsystems and the center of supervising and scheduling system of electrical repairing. Based on the distribution geography information system, we compose the supervising and scheduling system of electrical repairing connecting with CSS, DMS, SCADA, etc. It analyses the locale data and other system data entirely, adopts assistant wisdom decision-making technology and realizes tracking, supervising, seeking help and rush repair scheduling, etc for electrical repair vehicle.3. This paper first summarize the building goals of the distribution geography system that establish the information shared platform, focus the practicality of the application and focus on the high efficiency and safety. It put out the system requirements from the whole structure, function structure, developing mode, user management, the design of software and database, safety design, system running efficiency, developing plan, etc. It put out the basic graphics operation, the module building and editing of the electrical network, the devices records and function management the devices operating management, the function producing the electrical subject chart, the outside interface function, the in-out function and WEBGIS, etc. It discusses some advanced functions including the theory loss and practical loss computing of the distribution line, the reliability basic data producing and conversing tools, power cut management, the load supplying from other ways, the repairing management on user fault reports, the new load installing assistant function, the management of hanging the cards and simulating operation, the monitonng and analyzing management of the running information, load monitoring and load density analyzing function and so on.
