The development and application of new generation manufacturing and production modes such CIMS, AMS (including CE, AM, VM and LP etc. ) provide a rare opportunity of enterprise technological advancement and industrial escalation for the state-owned enterprise, and provide a severe challenge to them as well .The studies , development and application of CIMS technology in China over 10 years show: it is historically meaningful and realistic to motivate the theoretical study and engineering application study on such advanced manufacturing technologies , especially in the current condition in China, which a big gap exists from the developed countries in terms of economy, technology and some other factors .The article studies the key issues related to the application of advanced manufacturing technologies in the enterprises, on the basis of the developing trend and current state in Chinese aircraft manufacturing enterprise, with the introduction of the current technical studies and application process in CE and PDM etc. .Involving in the production mode and current state of Chinese aircraft manufacturing enterprise and Boeing's aircraft digital design and manufacturing technology, the article analysis and studies from the engineering point of view the critical technology and implementation method for PDM application in Chinese aviation industries, with PDM technology as the topic.Secondly, the article analysis and studies the enterprise's control mode, manufacturing cell production control and information management technology under the network environment; describes the systematic model creation and analysis of the manufacturing cell in discrete and dynamic workflow in aircraft manufacturing enterprise.The main studied achievements and contexts are to1. Referring to Boeing aircraft product data and combining CAD/CAM and product data technology development, advance the concept of product data of design for manufacturing and the form of product data integration definition facing manufacture, and set up the digital product data system supporting theadvanced manufacturing technology from the point of view engineering.2. Apply the CE principle and method to the analyze of integration technology of the CE design. In view of aircraft product design characteristics, this study is based on aircraft concurrent product design process model and process definition method to analyze the data driven concurrent product design process model and give an information description of the project management system and process based on the data structure.3. The core of the PDM technology is the structural relationship and information model of the product object. To define the product data and understand the data formation change correctly is the key to the implementation of product data management. Apply the facing object technology to set up the product data structure, attribute, configuration, edition and BOM information model by analyzing the product data level, the object and engineering characteristics.4. Analyze the systematic structure of the product data management system and study the object representation of the product data integration model, the product data attribute and operation, the product information modeling and the theory and method of access control modeling in order to set up the object model of the product data access control and describe the data base conversion of the object model and executive method.5. In the light of the CIMS and advanced manufacturing technology philosophy, analyze the development trends of enterprise's organization structure, propose three-level enterprise control structure model based on network and set up the manufacturing unit concept in the enterprise application CIMS and advanced manufacturing technology and indicate the development trends of the manufacturing unit system integration.6.
