Along with the rapid development of Internet technology, as well as network-basedmanufacturing technology, Networked Product Cooperative Development Technology(NPDCT) has become one of crucial development strategies by which modernmanufacturing enterprises enhance product development and improve the competence tocompete with others in market. Nowadays, many of experts, scholars and enterprises havebeen carrying out researches about NPDCT in depth, and obtained many importantachievement. Nevertheless, existing researches are mainly concentrated on the techniqueand relative technical aspects of NPDC; however, the exploration of working pattern andprocedure controlling is fairly few, consequently, which affects popularization andapplication of the Networked Product development style in enterprises. Therefore, thecore content of the thesis will explore the working pattern and procedure controlling ofNPCD.A kind of system named Networkd Product Cooperative Development System(NPCDS), which is the combination of network communication technique. Datamanagement technology as well as product processing procedure, is put forward in thisdissertation, on the basis of analyzing market environment and manufacturingcircumstances confronted with by manufacturing and by combining with presentdevelopment of company products as well as the deep effects upon product developmentbrought about by manufacturing information-based. Furthermore, a kind of productdevelopment pattern is also put forward in this dissertation. By taking advantages of thiskind of advanced product development pattern called NPCDS, product developmentresources of company can be used efficiently, the ability of marketing and management,and product development of companies be strengthened, product quality and marketfeedback capability be enhanced, overall profits be increased. Networked Product Cooperative Development System is firstly regarded as theresearch object in this dissertation, then analyzing its background and developmentprocess, illustrating its basic connotation and character, analyzing the research status ofour country and abroad, confirming the research direction, objective and sense, andintroducing the research source which supports the content in this dissertation.On thefoundation of the analysis of modern advanced manufacturing technology, the workmechanism of NPCDS is firstly illustrated in this dissertation, bringing forwardimplement strategy and optimization method, presenting three methods which are based III英文摘要on time, design process and design object to implement NPCDS, establishing the theoryfoundation for enterprises using NPCDS to develop products, putting forward a NPCDSworking model based on life-cycle management which is the integration of productdevelopment resources ,product development decision-making process, product designprocess and product manufacture process. On the foundation of these, the applicationpattern of NPCDS, is also mentioned in this dissertation, which makes good conditionsfor the enterprise using the system in the product development project, brings forward amethod and strategy based on manufacturing resource classification and manufacturingresource information for enterprise making alliance which is a good measure for buildingthe NPCDS organization, puts forward an asynchronism product data-changing methodbased on STEP and a synchronization product data-changing method based on XMLwhich solve the problem of information share and change of NPCDS. The four taskassignation ways of product development are given. A unified model of informationprocessing on the base of the integration of relation, technowledge and method be putforwarded creativity, and the above model be applied in control and management ofinformation flow during the process of product design. The control strategy ofinformation feedback, information trace and information resources optimization beextracted.
