A Capp Manufacturing Process Model Based On Object-oriented Technology Research And Development

CAPP (Computer Aided Process Planning) is the important link between CAD and CAM. With the development of informational manufacturing techniques, it is becoming a important technology foundation for the accomplishment of CMIS,CE,AM,IMS etc. However, at present, its application in practice is not very good, because some of its intrinsic problems are not solved yet. In order to solve the problems of practicability,flexibility,re-configurability, we make use of the object-oriented method to construct CAPP system. The paper include the main research and achievements as following: 1.Making use of O-O-T (Object-oriented Technology) to build up manufacturing process modeling, the model integrates static and dynamic resources in whole manufacturing process. It is easy to utilize bottom resources to re-collocate models for different manufacturing process. 2.On basis of manufacturing process modeling and traditional manufacturing technological design, we built up manufacturing process constructional modeling served CAPP by means of the method of gradation and modularization based O-O-T. This model possesses the characters of practicability,flexibility,re-configurability. 3.Under the building of manufacturing process constructional modeling of CAPP, we adopted the method of gradation and modularization based O-O-T to build up manufacturing process informational modeling served CAPP. 4.The method of integration for the whole CAPP system was brought forward in the paper at last.
