| Insolation is essential to the health of inhabitant as well as to ecological development of residence communities. However, residence buildings often lack of insolation due to the absence of land. How to improve sunlight environment without unduly compromise density is a major task. This thesis reports a study to resolve such problems from three aspects.Fist of all, aiming to inspect sunshine status with accuracy, an on-the-spot sunshine measurement is developed, which can easily and efficiently examine the whole year's facts sunshine of a built residence in all cities in China. It can help to evaluate residence insolation environment, protect inhabitants' sunshine rights so as to urge builders to attach importance to insolation in communities.Secondly, modes of overall arrangement and unit design in residence community are studied to satisfy the sunshine command of residence buildings with high plot ratio, and the adaptive scope and actual effects of which also analyzed.Finally, besides methods mentioned above, emphases are placed on how to induct more sunshine on ground floor in winter with sunlight reflection and refraction. And two projects are brought forward with practical demand, that is sunlight from north direction project and sunlight from patio project. Materials are selected and placed properly. And equipment's working status to trace sunlight is also determined. Both the projects can improve insolation on the residences' ground floor with high plot ratio. |
