Nowadays, the city houses’main style new housing tend to the planning m ode of high density and high rise,To some extent,High-rise residential has realiz ed the economical use of land, The purpose of improving residential plot ratio, but some potential negative problems gradually appear,such as sunshine dispute which the "sunlight right" consciousness of the residents, combined with the h igh-rise residential planning and design problems such as unreasonable factors, planning management regulation,lead to frequent disputes of sunlight.Under this background,The crucial to optimize the environment of sunshine from which si de the high-rise residential planning layout and architectural design.This paper, study for optimization design of high-rise residential sunshine in shandong area.First studied the sunshine development course, the current theoretical research results at home and abroad, research methods and other issues.Combining sunshine dispute case with research for part of high-rise residential sunshine actual situation in Shandong,Study the causes of current sunshinedispute in high-rise building; The in-depth reading of the current standard of sunshine in shandong district,and the appropriate supplement to deficiency of the current standard;The research for sunshine calculation principle and method, the parameters of the related of theory and the strategic provides theoretical basis for later.Then,study the influence of sunshine from two aspects of layout of building complex and design.In terms of group layout,analyses the sunshine characteristics of slab-type apartment house and tower house.Conclude that highly channels and bearing combination and conversion is the key to solve the problem of high-rise residential group layout of sunshine. Analyses the characteristics of the common forms such as determinant lay out, Jewels layout and hybrid layout in Shandong district.Conclude optimization design strategy and combined with practical engineering cases for validation.In terms of mono-case design,for the sunshine question In the layout of slab-type apartment house and tower house are analyzed and sorted. Through the contrast before and after the adjustment of residential sunshine effect evaluation found that adjusted dramatically improve the residential level of sunshine,meanwhile from the perspective of practice verify the feasibility of this article sunshine optimization design strategy.
