Research And Application On Knowledge Management For Product Development Process

Knowledge-based Economy and information technology result in a great revolution of manufacture. The increasingly fierce market competition, personalized user needs and diversity require higher and higher efficiency of product development .Manufacturing enterprises urgently need interdisciplinary knowledge integration and Knowledge-based design support tools. Knowledge Management is the best way to obtain the knowledge for product development and to reuse the knowledge. This article will introduce knowledge management to product development process, in order to resolve the long product development cycle, design of knowledge management chaos and the poor reuse knowledge. This thesis consists four part:First, Research on product design knowledge modeling method. A method of product design parameter expression is putted forward based on traditional knowledge expression methods. It describe and organize design knowledge through excerpt Product model nodes. Research on design knowledge modeling process from product modeling. Damper' design knowledge is expressed and stored.Secondly, Research on product development process programming integrated product knowledge. A method of phased process of restructuring task method in Knowledge Integration Environment is presented. Through the product attributes of the model used in the node, the establishment of design knowledge of the general model, After reasoning by the knowledge clear mandate and the relationship between sensitivity calculation iterative, initial DSM in parameter level, based on classic DSM optimization approaches. In design process three methods of reasoning are composed to release design knowledge in the design process timely and to Aid design work.Thirdly, Research on application method of Damper' knowledge in structure design process based on Knowledge modeling and process programmingFinally, Variant Design support the design knowledge management system prototype frame is discussed .Implementation and its function for Database design, product model, the task of restructuring the design parameters of the model integration, variant design process; the field of knowledge management are given.
