As everybody knows, the "similarity" of architectural culture is a common phenomenon concerned both inside and outside of the circle of architectural science. The architecture is fulfilled through technology by human being. It is the material space to meet the people's needs. Therefore, the Architectural technology occupies a special important position while the architectural culture is being formed. This article tells that the "Interdependence" between technology and culture makes the architectural culture embodied the technological logic, as well as reflects the characteristics of times and region. It is very significant for designing and creating regional architecture with national cultural character to profoundly understand the common law between the nature of architectural technology and the development of architectural culture.Chapter One explains that the function of architectural technology shows various characters embodied in architectural technological culture. These characters are the basic characters (purpose, logic and dependence), humanity characters (human nature, class, times), and characters in forms (regional, sudden change and common). The different forms in the development of all elements of technological system and the differences of the forms and the obstruction of technological elements during the spreading process cause "Bilingual phenomenon"," Double language phenomenon" and "Mixed language phenomenon" appeared in the development of tectonic culture. The author has also proved the close relation of "Co-existence and common development" between the architectural technology and architectural culture through summarizing, inducing the phenomenon of architectural culture, as well as brought to light that the essential contradiction of technologicalphenomenon is the source of the "Co-existence" of the architectural culture and multi-phenomenon.Chapter Two: By delving into the productive process of the technology of regional architectural culture, the author has brought to light that the feature of regional architectural technological culture comes from the function of regional technology principle. By proving the limitation of the selection of essential factors of regional architectural technology, the author has explained clearly that the essential factors of regional architectural technology contains the information of regional culture, therefore she has put forward that the essential architectural technology is the "Gene" to continuously develop the regional architectural culture, thus, the concept "Deriving from mind" concerning the architectural development. At the same time, she also has proved that the "Skill factor" in the architectural technological system plays an important role during the process of forming architectural technological culture.Last chapter: According to the theory of accumulating effect of gene spreading in inheritance, the author has analyzed the "multi" development of regional architectural and technological culture. This explains the "Accumulating effect" exists in the transferring technological factors and causes the multi development of regional architectural culture. And this further proves that technology is the base to develop multi culture. At the same time, the development of the regional architectural technology exists in the system of self-organization. In process of forming the architectural technological culture, it accepts the factors of external technology through negative feedback. It rejects the technological factors that don't conform with local "Language surrounding" and contains the factors and the technological factors that conform with it, so that it contains its own regional characters.
