Combined with the project of National Natural Science Foundation of China—"Research on Network-based Collaborative Commerce Chain" (No. 70172016), and the project of National 863 High Technology Project of China—"Research on Electro-mechanical-oriented Application Service Platform" (No. 2003AA414013), it is studied that the services-alliance-based information pattern for area manufacture and corresponding key methods and techniques in this dissertation. Furthermore, the system structure and process models are established, and the key methods and enabled techniques are developed by the way of theory research and engineering practice.In chapter 1, the background and significance of the research are introduced; the development trend and the current research situations of the inter-enterprises information platform and the lack of information approaches by ASP are expatiated. Finally, the main contents of this dissertation are proposed.In chapter 2, on the basis of engineering issues analysis, the content framework, basis principles, and systematic characteristics in services-alliance-based pattern are described, the system aggregation process is designed. As for cost efficiency, "lemon problem" met with pattern is analyzed, and an approach to cost benefit settlement based on collaborative strategy is presented.In chapter 3, to meet the demand of service resources modeling, an object fusion model is proposed by the object model, IDEFO model and Petri model. According to this fusion model, service resources scheduling and control framework is analyzed, and a Color-Petri Net is applied to application service resources scheduling solution.In chapter 4, to indicate resources structure uniformly in application service alliance, a RDF-based resource construct is given. Then, the whole resources in alliance are stored in an ontological-based database by the facet classification method. Furthermore, we built a resources database for service alliance by Protege. It is useful to manage different kinds of resources agility.In chapter 5, according to the aggregation process to form a service alliance, some new decision methods of those key processes are proposed. At first, AHP-Fuzzy is applied to select the best resources to build the alliance system, and then the Genetic Algorithm is applied to process optimization.
