| EPC construction projects are now a common mode of contracting in the international market,and with the introduction of the One Belt One Road initiative,the whole process of consulting has gradually come into everyone’s field of vision.The introduction of full-process consulting services in EPC construction projects is an effective way to quickly improve the intensification of construction projects in my country.On the one hand,it can solve the problem of information influx between various stages and disciplines,improve the resource utilization rate of construction projects,and realize the marginal benefits of construction projects.Maximize;on the other hand,it can speed up the integration with the international market,so as to gain a foothold in international construction projects.At present,the whole-process consulting service in my country is in its infancy and its development is not yet mature.The construction of a whole-process consulting model here has an important guiding role in realizing the green and intensive development of construction projects.The construction of this model can provide directions for the transformation and upgrading of consulting enterprises.The sustainable development of the consulting industry provides sustainable power.This article combs and summarizes the existing literature and construction project experience at home and abroad,combines the characteristics of the whole process consulting under the EPC model,and conducts research and discussion from both the theoretical and empirical levels.First introduce the EPC model and the related concepts of the whole process consulting,combining the specific characteristics and connotation of the two,to comb and summarize the whole process consulting organization structure and working methods in the EPC construction project,and lay a theoretical foundation for the research on the optimization of the whole process consulting service mode Secondly,through the DEMATEL method and the SWOT analysis method,the characteristics of the consulting service mode in the whole process of the EPC construction project are analyzed,and the service mode scheme library is generated.The service model optimization model based on gray relational analysis method is constructed again,and the weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,taking an EPC construction project as an example,according to the content of the key influencing factor table,conduct different scenario hypothesis analysis on the EPC construction project to establish a service model plan library,and apply the gray correlation analysis method to optimize the execution plan of the service model plan library.In the end,a library of 6 service models under 3 different prospects was established,and the final implementation plan was selected to establish a good network of cooperation,integrating "small,scattered,chaotic,and poor" consulting companies to transform and upgrade to a full-professional A large-scale whole-process consulting company;established a technology-organizational-information resource three-link system to realize the smooth circulation of various resources in construction projects,and at the same time selected two alternatives for dynamic tracking of construction project adjustments.The establishment and optimization of the overall service model scheme library has important theoretical significance and application value for the development of the whole process consulting service under the EPC construction project. |
