After analyzing insufficiencies of modal theory now available and the difficulties of dynamic study of complex electromechanical system, with the aid of power bond graph, modal theory and modal analysis method which generally used in mechanical system are lead into electrical system, hydraulic system and mocha-electro-hydro coupled system, a new theory and analysis method, which can be used to global coupling modeling and medal analysis of complex electromechanical system, is established preliminarily。 The full text is divided into seven chapter。 The main research contents and it's results read as follows:Chapter 1 analyses researching status quo, engineering background and existing problems of complex electromechanical system, discusses developing history, trend and limit of power bond graph and modal theory and method now available, clarify the necessity of establishing a bond graph-based modal analysis method, which can be used to global coupling modeling and modal analysis of complex electromechanical system。Chapter 2 is devoted to put forward and found preliminarily a new theory and method—[Bond graph-modal analysis] method, for the first time, power bond graph come into use in modal analysis, examples are given in the paper and they prove that above-mentioned method have clear advantages。Chapter 3 is concerned with application study of [Bond graph-modal analysis] method in several common dynamic analysis techniques: first, Transfer matrix method based on [Bond graph-modal analysis] method is established ; second , Impedance-conductance bond graph which Impedance-conductance of system can be obtained from directly is advanced; last, power bond graph is lead into dynamic sub-structure method。 All the three traditional method—Transfer matrix method, Impedance-conductance method and dynamic sub-structure method now available is only suitable for dynamic analysis of mechanical system。However, above-mentioned newly established method can be suitable for dynamic analysis of other energy domain system or multi-energy coupling system, and the three new methods are proved highly effective by given examples oChapter 4 concentrates on application study of [Bond graph-modal analysis] method in multi-energy domain coupling system 0 Based on analyzing common mathematical and physical background, modal concept and modal analysis method is lead into electric circuit system and hydraulic circuit system o With the aid of power bond graph, mechan-elcetro-hydro coupled system is also studied by [Bond graph-modal analysis] method, last, influence of TF parameters and GY parameters on mode shape is analyzed through a example 0Chapter 5 presents a modular modeling techniques based on [Bond graph-modal analysis] method after analyzing characteristics > principle and disadvantage of modular modeling techniques now available o A bond graph module bank of some common parts and sub-systems are established oChapter 6 uses part of methods advanced by the dissertation, with the help of National Natural Science Foundation of China and Bao steel, the module modeling > simulating ^ modal analyzing and experiment analyzing of a authentic complex electro-mechanical system—a high speed rolling mill system is finished, and advantage and effectiveness is verified by it0Modal analysis and modeling aimed at multi-energy domain coupling complex system is not studied and concerned with home and abroad till now o By making use of power bond graph, a new theory and method which can be used in modal analysis and modeling of non-mechanical system and multi-energy coupled system is built up by this paper o...
