Design And Research On Informational Management & Analysis Systemof Automobile Verification

Including the structure & performance verification, automobile verification can be achieved by automobile trial-manufacture & test, which is the key part of the design process of automobile. Based on thorough research of automobile verification process in the enterprises of China, refered to the advantages of PDM, REP and information system in the world, combined with some relevant technology, such as network, computer and informational management, a complete new set of informational management system of automobile verification is designed in this paper and the informational management of automobile verification is intelligentized through the network. This research has high applicational value and theoretical significance. The unitive platform of the informational management is based from the automobile trial-manufacture, test & analysis of vibration performance after studied the whole course of automobile verification. Provided with the tool of management, control & decision in the automobile exploiture, the automobile verification is done efficiently. Using the module of automobile vibration performance, the information of vibration performance can manage efficiently, conveniently and visually. The analysis & evaluation of vibration performance of varied automobile and multi-running-state take advantageous of this module especially.Based upon the information of vibration performance of varied automobile and multi-running-state, the table of automobile vibration frequency is proposed and the subject of automobile NVH performance design is provided.The managerial principle of "non-storage—non-database" is proposed in the paper. The completed information of trial-manufacture and the obsolete parts information are removed from the database and backed up safely that can improve the running speed and system security.In the management system, the advantage of SQL Server 2000, ADO, ODBC and VB6.0 is performed sufficiently, the task of data management and application is optimized, the performance of network, server and client is improved and the data and system is secured.The ADO transactions for the session guarantee the dependability and accuracy of the system. Making wide use of the Tree View, ListView and ImageList object in the program, the interface are more friendly and the software system is used easily. By using the informational management system of automobile verification, the workflow and manufacture management is improved efficiently, the period of theautomobile design reduced, the cost decreased, the product quality amended and the manufacture efficiency increased.
