Automobile Enterprise Alliance Profit Allocation Plan Research And Application

In recent years,the domestic auto industry has developed rapidly,but it also faces many challenges.In order to meet these challenges and improve the competitiveness of auto companies,more and more auto companies are actively seeking strategic partnerships,establishing auto enterprise alliances,and enhancing corporate profits through cooperation.Through the summary of the existing research,it is found that in the formation process of the automobile enterprise alliance,due to the unreasonable distribution of interests,a large number of automobile enterprise alliances have broken down.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable interest distribution model is of great significance for promoting the establishment of automobile enterprise alliances,enhancing the stability of automobile enterprise alliances,and improving the enthusiasm of member companies and corporate profits.Based on this,this paper studies the distribution of interests of automobile enterprise alliances.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:First of all,the overall plan for the distribution of benefits of the automobile enterprise alliance was designed.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the research on the interest distribution of the existing automobile enterprise alliance,this paper puts forward the key issues in the research of this paper,and analyzes the relevant requirements of the interest distribution of the automobile enterprise alliance,so as to construct the overall plan of the research on the benefit distribution of the automobile enterprise alliance.Secondly,the model of benefit distribution of automobile enterprise alliance is constructed.In the first stage,based on the analysis of the negotiation situation,an improved dual matrix cooperative game negotiation model supported by cooperative game theory is established to determine whether the automobile enterprise alliance can be formed.In the second stage,comprehensive consideration of various factors affecting the distribution of interests The improved Shapley value method model is established,and the final benefit distribution is determined by the entropy weight method and the cloud model.In the third stage,the MDP disturbance index model with the minimum overall disturbance of the member companies is established,and the benefit distribution result is measured in the form of interval.Inferiority and the stability of the automobile enterprise alliance,comprehensive evaluation of the results of the distribution of interests of the automobile enterprise alliance.Finally,the case analysis was carried out with the help of the actual automobile enterprise alliance,and the validity of the model was verified by the expected benefit analysis.
