With the developing of automobile industry, transportation industry and superhighway, it is an inevitable trend that radial tire will be replacing bias tire. For energy consumed by the truck radial tire inner material friction rolling resistance (IMFRR) caused by rubber hysteressis accounts for an important part on the automobile void fuel consumption, there will be benefits by decreasing tire IMFRR, e.g. reducing the air pollution, prolonging tire service life through lessening the heat generation inside the tire materials.Based the reasons mentioned above, this paper calculates and analyzes the IMFRR of the truck radial tire, and then deduce the effecting trend that using condition parameters, tire structure parameters and material performances on IMFRR. What have been done in this paper is as below.First, the more reasonable, precise 3-d finite model of the truck radial tire is built, then, static load performance, the deformation and dynamic load performance for steadily rolling condition of the tire are calculated, after then, the influence of speed, load and pressure on tire-ground contact pressure distribution is analyzed, thus, the results of dynamic load...
