| In this thesis, a 3-D finite element model of 11.00R20 all steel cord truck radial tire is developed by using the software of MSC. Marc, The 1/2 section contour and the material distribution of the tire are drawn by means of AutoCAD, and then converted to points, exported to the interface between AutoCAD and MSC. Marc, and finally the 3-D finite element models of the tire are obtained by revolution. In these models, the Mooney material model has been used for rubber, and the rebar elements for cord. The nonlinearity boundary conditions from the tire-pavement are taken into accounts.The perpendicular tire-pavement performances of the tire are studied by using the developed 3-D finite element models, and give the effect of aeration pressure and load on the tire deformations, contact zone shapes, contact pressure distributions and cord stresses. the Finite Element Analysis calculations are carried out in rolling cases of the 11.00R20 Tire structure. Systematic study on the load and deformation characters of the skeleton structure and rubber structure under each case is carried out respectively, and some basic rules are induced.Basing on plenty of the market investigations, the thesis introduced tire industry status of our country and problems occurring in use especially overload. By using 3-D finite element analysis, the thesis had an analysis and damage theory analysis. The product design method soft irefactories in the world are referenced to advance several performance amelioration projects of radial tire’s dead. The design of tire material distribution and construction with 11.00R20 are performed. By using 3-D finite element analysis software, the dynamics analysis of ameliorating projects are finished, and their ameliorated performance are forecasted. The bead’s durability testing data of different projects are attained and the predicting results are analyzed and demonstrated. in some ameliorated projects the bead’s permanence has been greatly increased, which can reduce amounts of tires return from the market and cut down economic losing. The benefit of company can be increased.The analytical results in the study are consistent with those from some references and literatures. Therefore, The Finite Element Analysis for all steel cord radial truck tire in this study is reasonable. |
