Fast open pressure vessel is a pressure vessel intermittent work,according to the needs of the high pressure equipment frequent opening and closing,so put forward high requirements for quick opening structure and sealing performance,but the bolt quick opening structure container does not meet the requirement of convenient,commonly used high pressure seal structure usually cannot meet the fast open request.Looking at the development trend of domestic and overseas research,O seal ring used in fast open pressure vessel is a kind of trend,make full use of all kinds of characteristics of O ring locking,highlight the simple structure,convenient assembly and disassembly,without preload,with clamp,the split ring type quick opening structure that can make fast open pressure vessel is more economical,reliable and practical.In this paper,based on the supercritical CO2 extraction kettle project,the design and research of the fast opening high pressure sealing vessel based on O ring seal.The wall thickness of the cylinder and the end cover is designed by using the analysis and design standard,and the dangerous section of different parts is analyzed by numerical method,and the stress intensity is checked.The reference GB150-2011 design of clamp type O improved seal sealing structure,clamp type compared to traditional have higher reliability;and the clamp structure of the flat cover,clamps,cylinder end of dangerous section stress check,ensure the structural strength requirements.The O ring seal and pre pressure sealing process of nonlinear analysis by Workbench software,the compression rate of the sealing performance of the sealing ring,the process of deformation and equivalent stress distribution of O shaped rubber ring seal under different pre compression rate,results showed that shearing phenomenon easily in the fast switching process O ring more than 22%compression rate,compression rate of 12%O shaped sealing ring insufficient contact pressure and contact length in smaller under high pressure sealing.In order to quickly open the high pressure seal structure,the device can withstand high pressure and satisfy repeatedly opening does not damage the sealing ring or a small loss of seal for the principle,gives the O ring compression rate of more stringent selection,15%20%.Analysis of the sealing structure with single and double curved PTFE ring ring combination,in order to get the ring can effectively prevent extrusion phenomenon,to a certain extent to resist internal stress concentration;double ring produced by the"X"shape stress distribution is superior to the O ring and single ring produced by the"Y"shape the stress distribution,not only to ensure that the bidirectional switch does not occur shearing phenomenon and provides greater contact pressure,it proved that double ring structure is more suitable for quick opening pressure container seal.Based on the above research,it is proved that the high performance high pressure vessel based on O shaped ring has good performance and meets the design requirements.
