Magnetic coupling two-way driving controller, integrating magnetic driving technology into different mechanism, is a kind of new driver. It can realize non-leakage and full sealed, transform and control athletics. Compared with traditional magnetic driver, it had a good many virtues, having been used successfully in many fields, such as fluid machinery, fluid system and exact machine etc, predigested machine, improved reliability, actualized non-touch dynamical and multi-athletics transform.In this paper, the models of two dimensions and three dimensions on magnetic field were presented by ANSYS. Based on the models, inner-characteristic of coupling magnetic field were studied at first, basic rules on inner magnetic characteristic of magnetic coupling two-way driving controller were opened out. Thus, the characteristics of coupling magnetic field were described, and the developing direction on magnetic coupling controller had been shown clearly. Especially, based on 3D model, dynamic and kinematics on magnetic coupling controller were studied. Not only taking on important theoretical and practical meaning, but also suggesting some complicated mechanism to be made over.Based on studying for principle and application of magnetic driver inside country and outside, the characteristics of magnetic field on magnetic coupling two-way driving controller were researched entirely by theoretical analysis, calculating and testing.2D and 3D models of magnetic coupling controller were presented by ANSYS finite element analysis software, the field value of were calculated, dynamic and kinematics on magnetic coupling controller were studied by...
