Research On Theroy Of Fast Innovation Design For Mechanical Product And Its Key Technologies

Conceptual design automation is the foundation of fast innovation methodology. Fast implementation and join of principle innovation and structure innovation is the key of conceptual design automation. Based on TRIZ and Principle of Decomposition and Reconstitution of Function Surface the technology of model building, the automation mapping between Function and Structure and deduce method supporting principle and structure innovation are studied comprehensively, which are crucial to fast innovation methodology. The conceptual design automation system, INNO-DARFAD, which supports fast innovation process, is developed. The work we have done in this thesis has important significance for the development of innovation design automation methodology. And it is helpful and valuable to improve the innovation ability of the enterprises and develop the Computer Aided Innovation design system independently.The research situation of current domestic and oversea conceptual design, innovation design and TRIZ are investigated systematically. It is pointed that the research on the design essence, the automation and integration of conceptual design process is the target to conceptual design research and it is the base for fast innovation methodology. The fast implementation and join of principle innovation and structure innovation is the key of them.The main contents of this paper are organized as:From the viewpoint of design methodology, the establishment of the uniform innovation design methodology is the task for the research to improve the degree of the join of principle innovation and structure innovation.
