The Research On The Integrated And Harmonious Development Of Residential Community In Shanghai Fringe

The urban fringe is the important part in metropolis, and it is the key of urban and rural area developing as a whole. The well-ordered development of residential community in the urban fringe is very important for the upgrading of residential environment and sustainable development of metropolis. In condition of urban space rapid increasing, social different continually, and marketing course increasingly, the research on the residential community in the metropolis fringe is very urgent.According to demand of constructing socialistic harmonious society and socialistic new suburb, aimed at the characteristic of residential community in Shanghai fringe, based on the category of space and society, the thesis puts forward the proposition of integrated and harmonious development of residential community in the urban fringe. Based on analyzing the spatial and social characteristics, the impetus mechanism, the form mechanism of different types and main social relations of residential community in Shanghai fringe, the thesis brings forward the ideas and strategy from the aspects of physical planning and community construction.In term of advancing, analyzing and settling issues, the thesis is composite with six chapters. The significance of study, core concept, research foundation and means, ,the concept and intension of integrated and harmonious development of residential community in the urban fringe is dissertated in the first chapter. In the first chapter the thesis analyses the main spatial and social characteristics and questions of residential community in the urban fringe, and demonstrates the necessary and keystones. In the third chapter the thesis mainly analyses the impetus mechanism, the form mechanism of different types and main social relations of residential community in Shanghai fringe, which provides the basement of the settling issues part. In the fourth chapter the thesis focuses on the community construction of residential community in Shanghai fringe. The thesis puts forward the idea of general community and demonstrates its concept and elements. And the six mechanisms of general community construction, which are integrating, participating, adjusting, guarantee and regulating are disserted. In the fifth chapter the thesis focuses on the physical planning of residential community in Shanghai fringe,. The thesis puts forward the idea of organic integrating and expatiates the four key points in detail, that is restricted expanding, organic conforming, well-ordered growing and virtual harmonizing. Then the urban-like strategy is put forward and the strategy is expatiated from four aspects, that is the relation categories of function and space, society and space, space and time, resident and service establishment. In the last chapter the thesis summarizes the main conclusion and prospects the study in the future.
