| Urban construction basis on the theories had began around the world since the New Urbanism and TOD theory had been put forward in the 1990s. After years of practices, people Find the correct understanding should be beaded development by transit. In the 21st century, establishment of transit-oriented urban transport system has become our only way to solve the problem the rapid growing of cars. Many cities have started the construction of rail transportation to reduce the pressure on urban traffic.It does not mean that we have a very clear understanding of the relationship between urban transport and urban layout although the construction of urban rail transit grows rapidly. We knew little about relations between rail network and land layout and relations between rail stations and land surrounding. If we do not pay attention to these, it will make more urban issues and slow down the urban sustainable development.It must be emphasized that living space and the construction of urban transportation be in Harmonization in this background. So,in this paper I do specific and detailed analysis on the cases have complete development construction of rail transit in the world. Analyze the residential area in Tama, Rieselfeld and Tseung kwan O. I summarized the design characteristics of the residential area in shape, spatial scale, transportation systems, and sustainable development etc. Combined with China’s actual situation, learned from the cases have a positive effect on the settlements planning influenced by the rail transit in the China. Find out the principles to combine Rail transit with land use effectively.On this basis, I do research on the case of residential area in urban fringe by the influence of Shenyang metro line 2.I found out the problems in planning. According to the experience summarized before, I found the correct method to solve the problems. I try to find the best way of the residential area planning and make contribution to it. |
