Research On The Key Technology Of Requirement Oriented Innovative Design For Principle Scheme Of Mechanical Products

This dissertation bases on enterprise demand of products innovation, aims at achieving products innovation in design, and deals with the key technology of requirement oriented innovative design for principle scheme of mechanical products, including the capturing of product requirement, requirement analysis and mapping technique, function and principle design, principle scheme evaluation and decision making techniques. The main contents and contributions of this dissertation are listed as follows.A new impetus mechanism of product innovation is presented with a view to the surviving, competition and development of an enterprise, and the process of customer's requirement capturing is discussed which supports innovative product development in enterprise. Based on a study of customer's and mechanical product's characters, a new market segment method is put forward, and AHP method is applied to objective market decision making. By the enhancement in effect, 5W2H method is put into service in the capturing of customer's requirement.To insure the effective transformation from product requirement to design, process and service quality, a requirement analysis and mapping model concerning whole product lifecycle based on QFD is brought forward. In the perspective of design requirement innovative analysis, a conceptual design oriented hierarchy classifying method namely FBS method and a requirement analysis method based on KANO model are raised. By analyzing the shortcomings of present grading method of requirement importance, a comprehensive method which is beneficial to product innovative plan is advanced.By researching principles and methods of function abstract, a function abstract process model is constructed. To provide a dependable pattern for function decomposition, a new functional analysis method is put forward based on the revelation of generalized process function of mechanical products, and an innovative design of turntable paint-bottling machine is achieved as a case according to the method.Function and principle innovation is the ultimate innovation of a product.
