Railway express freight has become one of the main directions of railway development because of its fast and economic characteristics.In order to adapt to the development of the new mode of modern logistics in China,CRRC Qiqihar vehicle co.Ltd has developed a express freight car bogie with speed of 160km/h at the speed of time.It is now in the stage of system trial and performance testing.As the speed of the express freight car has changed significantly,the structure of the bogie is completely different from the traditional three-piece bogies.It is very important to study the safety of the bogies.As the main bearing part of the express freight car bogies,fatigue strength is the key factor to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.In order to grasp the load condition of the express freight car bogie under the actual conditions of our country,it is necessary to carry out the research on the force measuring frame.Force measuring frame is of great significance to the establishment of the load spectrum of the express freight car bogie in China,and it is of great significance for the fatigue strength evaluation of the frame and the formation of the fatigue reliability design standard in China.This paper takes the express freight car bogies frame as the research object.the typical load identification schemes are proposed based on the quasi static load identification method.Finally,the force frame scheme is determined according to the test effect and the load stress transfer relationship.The main research work is as follows:(1)To analyze the structural characteristics and application characteristics of the fast truck bogies,to construct the quasi static 10 load forces,and to establish a finite element model of the frame.According to the European strength design specification EN13749,the strength evaluation of the frame is evaluated with the fourth strength theory and the Goodman fatigue limit diagram.Based on the Miner linear cumulative damage theory,the fatigue life prediction of the frame is completed by using the measured load spectrum of the line.(2)Grasp the application characteristics of load identification Bridge Road,use the finite element software to simulate the individual loading condition of various operating loads,select the location of the test point according to the distribution characteristics of the stress response of the frame,design the combined bridge road,increase the effective value of the output response of each recognition point,and make a low coupling load identification scheme on the frame.(3)Analyze the load coupling degree and sensitivity of each recognition point forthe force measuring frame,optimize the load test scheme,reduce the load reverse error,determine the final load stress transfer relation model,and analyze its stability by using the condition number,so that the express freight car force measuring frame can be applied to the load test of the line.
