In order to promote the development of power electronics technology, power electronic system integration is the means to solve the power electronic technology labor-intensive and technology-intensive fields of the status. People enlightened from the development process of electronic and computer technology, system integration technology can make the power electronic technology has the similar effect: that is, through increased integration and greatly enhance the modularization and standardization of the power electronic system, achieve lower costs and higher reliability, while promoting the development of power electronic technology. From the background of power electronic system integration, it has certain advantages to apply the mature and advanced technologies of electronic, computer and other fields in the research of power electronic system integration to accelerate its development. In this paper, there are some exploratory researches of operating system, disturbed control technology, advanced design method, communication technology for power electronic system integration, and get some meaningful results.This paper proposes the form of power electronic system integration software system should be the multi-task system, and introduces the power electronic operating system (PEOS). By the research of the real-time scheduling strategy of PEOS, a new scheduling strategy: based on interruption and preemptive priority is proposed, it solves the currently real-time scheduling strategy can not meet the real-time performance of PEOS. At the same time, solving plan was advanced to meet the requirements of portability and reliability of the PEOS (Power Electronic Operation System).By research of distributed controlling technique, power electronic central controlling system realized to transform into distributed controlling system, which made foundation for partition of different PEBBS' function and hardware. Considering the synchronized problem of distributed system, the system was classified soft and hard system based on the characteristics of distributed power system. In the thesis, different synchronized methods were adopted so that to solve the synchronized problem of distributed system very well.With the introduction of advanced hardware/software co-design method of embedded system, the shortcomings of traditional 'waterfall' method were avoided. By the systemic description of real power electronic system with UML and System C language, the thesis introduced idea of GAAA into the partition of hardware and software.According to the requirement of power electronic integrated system, a communicating system and model was put forward based on OSI model, which made the integrated communication system well exoteric and compatible and was useful to upgrade and expand. By the research of MAC protocol, one persistent CSMA/CD protocol was chosen. With simulation of network communication load and delay by Opnet network simulating software, the result proved the choice was correct.Two different laboratorial models~AM and PEBB was designed whose communicating interface is USB. One 3 phase VSI was built by one AM and 3 PEBB. Base on this, the thesis finished the research.
