Research On Manufacturing Grid Resource Management And Scheduling On Beneficial Drive

With the development of the Internet, people combine the isomeric industrial hardware and software resource in the different geographic area to build a big manufacturing platform, which is a new architecture of manufacturing research area manufacturing gird (MG) . The goal of MG is to make it available that to use the manufacturing resource in broad area jointless to solve the problem, so how to manage the resources and schedule the tasks in MG has became one of the most important factors to successfully put MG into effect. But for the MG resources are distributed in a wide area and they are owned by different organization, they have adopted different resource management mechanism and price strategy. And the burden and usable performance of MG are changed dynamically, it makes the problem of resource management and scheduling very complex and challenging.The tenet of this paper is to use economic theory and method to research the resource management and scheduling problem in MG. It not only fills the theoretical blank of academic area,the more important, in the human society, the allocation of resource is determined by the market. So in modern society, the success of market mechanism impels people to solve the resource allocation problem in MG system using the similar conception. In MG area, selling resources by resource providers and buying resources by resource consumers is the ultimate way of resources allocation, management and scheduling with the development of MG. The research work and contributes of this paper mainly include the following aspects:The source of complexity of resource of MG is analysed, and two kinds of management and scheduling policies of MG resources is discussed in this paper. Focusing on the complexity of MG resource, this paper suggests using the policy of customers-oriented to lower the imbalance of system to get development coordination. The source of the management and scheduling question of MG resources and its necessity is also discussed and analysed.Analyzing the characters of MG and its resources from the angle of economics, discussing the factors and models of economics, defining the economics actors of MG, this paper introduces the analysis methods of economics and systematics into the research of management and scheduling question of MG.The MG economics architecture based on beneficial drive and MG resource management economics architecture is built in this paper. And it presents the attributes economics extension using MGeQoS and expresses MGeQoS features in WSDL. It also uses matching services negotiation mechanism and internet commercial negotiation interactive protocol to realize the match and resource management of economics model. It adopts unit's organization management technique and MG resource management architecture based on agent. In this unit, a in-domain resource management system based on encapsulation is built.The research on the key techniques of MG resource management and scheduling methods, architecture, math model and arithmetic solution are also discussed. About resource allocation, it presents an allocation arithmetic oriented to maximal benefit. About the resource reservation question of multi-resource provider, it presents a resource reservation model based on dynamic planning and auction. About the MG resource trade management, it presents a MG resource trade method based on price negotiation, and gives the relative management arithmetic. It also argues the relation between benefit and QoS, gives a solution of building a service price definition and signing a contract.The process on resource discovery and resource scheduling are studied, focuses on the MG resource arithmetic based on principle of locality and ants arithmetic. Based on this, the MG cache optimization and policy based on beneficial drive is discussed, and a deep analysis, discussion and solution on the MG resource scheduling policy based on beneficial drive is done.This paper systemically and deeply presents a discussion and analysis of MG resource management and scheduling problem from the points of economic, systematics, management, computer science, manufacturing engineering, etc. It studies the research background, development status and trend. It also gives the solution of the existing problem, the system architecture, arithmetic model, strategies and methods further. It does the case study too. It analyzes the beneficial features of MG, uses the resource management method and scheduling policy based beneficial drive in MG, to build an economic model to analyze the relationship between the resource provider and consumer of MG to enhance the sharing degree and balance the supply and demand. It is adapted to the isomeric feature and complexity of MG resource management. It can sweep the barrier of MG being putting into market.
