Taking the information technique as the high technique of the core develops fiercely within the scope of world, influences and changes battle in the future theories and battle vehicle material guarantee of development, also promotes the way of material guarantee. As for the use of military vehicle flexibility platform that carries out the weapon material, credibility and request of the drive safety are more and more important. Therefore, carrying on the appearance monitor and the life span estimates towards engine which is the heart of the whole body, is the urgent problem to be solved.This text applies the basic theories of the engine friction study, analysing the reasons of the key parts" the air cylinder set" of the engine and the regulation of its friction. After applying the appearance equation of the ideal air to analyse the relationship between friction and leaked air from the engine, we make sure the life span predict method of which attribute to the air cylinder pressure for the appearance parameter. After building up to take the air cylinder pressure as the main appearance parameter, and carrying on the modified life span estimate mathematics model with the assistance factors, such as the structure factor and the usage condition...etc., and we apply "the dynamic and instant state" life span estimate method to develop the life span estimate system that can launch machine to carry out on-line diagraph. This method comparing with the domestic and international widespread and applied history data record method (namely static and timing state) has the following main characteristics(namely innovation point of this text):1.This text regards the life span is the dynamic state, the inclined rate of the life span curve is along with measure of concrete circumstance; and analyze the way of lose efficacy from here vehicle-use launch the machine air cylinder, also make sure the air cylinder pressure as the main appearance parameter of "the dynamic and instant state" life span estimate method;2.The life span estimate appearance parameter that being used, are the air cylinder pressure that makes use of the actual on-line diagraph and spray hydraulic-pneumatic dint and the characteristic parameters such as three dynamic state curves of the engine oil pressure and the most value pressure,to predict surplus(storage) life span of the engine;3.Thinking the mathematics model that the correlation the leaks air with air cylinder, relation the air cylinder pressure and the surplus life span of express with the tighter science, full express the "dynamic state" result of change the regulation with life span;4.This life span estimate system applies advanced methods such as sensor, data collecting machine, the A/D conversion and the appropriation calculator software etc..; the software of this system has the very strong adaptability. It can adjust itself according to the distribution of the geography condition and the usage condition, drive's level, and the quality of the lubricants and fuels;5.It can carry on various breakdown analysis such as spraying the hydraulic-pneumatic dint and spraying the oil to advance the Cape and entering to line up the air valve and entering the row spirit the unimpeded circumstance of the way, lubricating work circumstance;...
