A Research On Guindlines And Technics For The Historic Buildings Conservation

With the number of historic building conservation practice increasing rapidly, gradually the concept of buildings conservation is struck root in our mind, yet on the method and technology system aspect, and it is still lack of systematic research.Base on the analysis of historic buildings conservation in western countries, this paper firstly made a thorough reading of the international conservation charters and convention, and made a concept comparison with the historic building conservation between eastern and western. At the same time, author survey the theory, concept and method of historic buildings conservation at the contemporary era again, in order to establish the adaptable conservation principles and measures for historic buildings.Thorough the whole second part of the paper, the author insisted that the adaptable concept should be the guidance for historic buildings conservation. The paper firstly studied the guidelines and technology methods for the historic buildings conservation in the western countries, and then, put forward the guideline frame and technology method system. The paper adopt the strategy of from element to system, on the base of analysis the composing, establish the conservation system for historic buildings and study the surveying and evaluating for architecture value, conservation design, and technical measures.In the third part of the paper, together with the practices of modern historic buildings conservation and reuse in ShenYang, first of all, the paper studied the architecture development history in modern era(from 1875 to 1948) and analysis the style and regional character, then, some cases of historic buildings conservation were specialized and analyzed. At the end, research the guidelines for the design of conservation historic buildings in practices, which can make the conservation system and content more perfect.
