The Conservation And Reuse Technology On Historic Buildings In Historic Villages And Towns In Southwest China

Chinese culture has a long history, historic villages and towns dotted the land in the motherland. These villages a more complete inheritance of the spatial organization of different ages, building materials, folk culture, traditional ecological aesthetic taste and simple technology, but also reflects the history of the political system, production methods, with a high conservation value. The twentieth century, globalization continues to expand on the growing erosion of local culture, the development process of urbanization continues to accelerate, many valuable historical and cultural towns and villages have been constructive destruction, the protection of historical and cultural towns and reuse facing severe challenges.In the "Eleventh Five-Year" plan supported by national scientific and technological support for the project, the paper re-use from the perspective of building southwest of the protection of historical and cultural towns and villages were studied. A combination of conservation and reuse of historic buildings and theoretical fields of literature, through the four provinces and 12 southwest of historical and cultural towns and villages of the field research, from the management system, shortage of funds, lack of building performance and technical analysis of four aspects of history in Southwest China cultural protection and reuse of rural buildings plight.According to investigation and analysis of the four issues, from security systems and technology strategy are two levels of response. Building on the historical and cultural towns and villages to protect the in-depth analysis of interest based on the government, residents, developers appropriate protection mechanisms; based on external support with internal potential of the concept, development and characteristics of tourism industry from the perspective of the source of funds expansion method for analysis. And damaged buildings based on a comprehensive test of history, from the functional space reconstruction and improvement of building performance perspective of the two historic buildings and the Preservation and Restoration of the key technologies in the space of possible re-use design.Hope that through this research and the protection of historic buildings to provide a different kind of re-use ideas, historical and cultural towns and villages to promote organic renewal and sustainable development, a new period of urban and rural renewal and rural housing construction provides reference.
