As the development of our country's national economy and the highway transportation business , the highway transportation appeared the characteristics of "heavy load, great flow and canalization traffic", heavy trucks and overload vehicles'number are rising,it caused a sharply increase in the times of actual total amount of standard axle load.Seeing from the current condition, the common concrete pavement can hardly satisfy the demand of heavy load transportation,it caused the severe early damage of pavement.This research mainly aims at the shortage of currently common pavement concrete, developped the high bending strength pavement concrete on its foundation, and did a system research on other design method, main function, construction technology,to meet the need of heavy load transportation.The main contents are as follows:(1)The research of grading ratio design method for high bending strength pavement concrete.According to the usage function and application characteristics of HBSPC, combined on test of this research and related specification,we present the technique request of original material for the HBSPC, it is the main technique way to raise concrete strength and durability by making use of different species, different amount and admix of quality to cipate with same quantity or the super quantity replace parts of cements in the concrete.On the foundation of grading ratio design method for common pavement concrete, with the theories analysis and experiment research,we present the half experience half ories grading ratio design method suitable for HBSPC.(2)Research of strength characteristic for high bending concreteWe researched the bending strength, compression stength and cleavage strength characteristics of different type, different design strength and different age HBSPC , and analyzed the relations of of the strength of different HBSPC,we also analysised the influence regulation for HBSPC strength by the the admix amount and feeding sequence.(3)Research on bending elastic modular and brittleness for high bending strength pavement concreteBy the bending strength and bending elastic modular experiment of different HBSPC,we analyzed the bending elastic modular characteristic of it , got the relation and regulation of bending elastic modular and bending strength for high bending strength pavement concrete, and analyzed impact factors of HBSPC brittleness and the method to get low brittleness.(4)Research on volume stability of the high bending strength pavement concreteBy the temperature constringency test and dry constringency test on HBSPC,we completely studied the HBSPC's volume stability for the first time.According to research result, we analyzed the origin and impact factors of crack during construction,and presented the prevention-cure measure.(5)Research on the durability of high bending strength pavement concrete We studied HBSPC's fatigue characteristic and fatigue regulation according to the fatigue test, studied its durability by great quantities of bearing and anti-jelly experiment, and contrasted it with common pavement concrete durability.(6)Research on the composition, structure and their relations with function for high bending strength pavement concreteWe thoroughly studied on the tiny view structure, interface characteristic and macroscopic behavior of different high bending strength pavement concrete, by contrast analysis to announce to public the relation of of structure and function.(7)Committed technology of construction for high bending strength concrete pavementCombine to experiment highway engineering, we generalized the promblem and experience during the process of high bending strength concrete pavement construction,presented construction key technique adapte tonorth China;tallied up examination a result of trial road, to provide a reference for further research in the future.(8)The life span analysis of high bending strength concrete pavementTo carry on life span analysis for high bending strength concrete pavement by research in heavy load cement concrete highway and its axle load calculation method.
