High Bending Strength Pavement Concrete (HBSPC) is new high-tech concrete, which is a high-performance made by modern technology. HBSPC have the character of high-bending strength, well-durability and fine-workability. It has a wide prospect and provides a new solution to the cement concrete pavement with heavy loading.Through laboratory test the paper researches into aspects of HBSPC as follows: the paper presents the demand of raw material which HBSPC is made with firstly, and gives the mixture design on this basis of normal pavement concrete's method.The mechanical properties of HBSPC is systemic studied by the means of strength test; The Pavement performance of HBSPC is fully evaluated. The study indicates that HBSPC has eminent pavement performance. the result shows that the property of HBSPC is better than normal pavement concrete property,At the same time, interface structure and the relation between it and property of HBSPC is studied. The study analyzes the function mechanism of HBSPC in the improvement of pavement. Through the experimental projects the construction procedure of HBSPC is studied. from technology and economy point of view, analyzes the economic benefits of application HBSPC as surface. through economic analysis we can conclude that the economic benefit of HBSPC is better than that of normal pavement concrete.
