As the research hot spot of network manufacture, the nature of Manufacturing Grid (MG) is to realize the manufacturing resources' sharing and cooperation. Along with the development of manufacturing informatization from research to application, they have been the key evaluation factors whether the system has a sound QoS (Quality of Service) guarantee mechanism includes trust mechanism, operation guarantee mechanism, benefit distributing mechanism, evaluation management mechanism etc, and whether it can maintaining each participants' interests.Firstly, the paper begins with the research of Manufacturing Grid-Quality of Service (MG-QoS). From different aspects, analyzes the demands for MG-QoS, and then establishes the system mode of MG-QoS. From Manufacturing Grid's nature of the virtual enterprise, the paper contrasts Manufacturing Grid as a kind manufacturing model of the virtual enterprise form with the original virtual enterprise and the traditional manufacturing enterprise, according to the characteristics of the virtual enterprise management, and the paper provides the management science supports for the research of MG-QoS. Then proposes the system structure of MG-QoS, and identifies MG-QoS as three parts: trust management, Service Level Agreement (SLA) management and evaluation management. Furthermore, detailedly analyzes the relationships between the main modules and the other modules in Manufacturing Grid, and locates MG-QoS system in the core of Manufacturing Grid.Secondly, the paper analyzes the trust theory in MG-QoS and further researchs the trust mechanism and ensures the basic idea of the trust system in Manufacturing Grid. Then according to this idea, establishes the two-layer structure of the manufacturing resource's credibility authentication included the enterprise's credibility authentication which the resource belong to and the enterprise resource's credibility authentication and takes use of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) to implement.Thirdly, the paper analyzes the inevitability of SLA management in MG-QoS. It includes the cooperative competition as the potential force to drive the development of Manufacturing Grid, the selfishness and the pursuing benefit maximization as the origin of the opportunism, and the contract theory in Manufacturing Grid. Ensuring the system structure and the research contents of the SLA management, and importing the concept of the SLA management's life cycle, then the agreement negotiation becomes the core of the SLA management. The agreement management as the assistant content also should be negotiation-centered. Then the paper analyzes the mathematical methods which will be used in agreement negotiation and gives up the Nash negotiation model theory because it depends on the utility function. Finally adopts the interactive multi-object negotiation because it can solve the problem without the utility function. The agreement negotiation plays an important role in the actual application of Manufacturing Grid.Fourthly, the paper analyzes the nature and the characteristics of the evaluation in MG-QoS. Then decides the evaluation mode, establishes the evaluation theory and the evaluation target system, and builds up the evaluation system in MG-QoS. The evaluation system can provide references for the manufacturing resource selection and protections for the participants' benefits. Then plays a positive role to reduce the whole platform system's operation cost of Manufacturing Grid and improve the work efficiency.Finally, at the end of the paper, it is the development and realization of MG-QoS. Because of the different concrete conditions, the actual process of development and realization is different to the theoretical research. The contents of the theoretical research can't directly adapt well to Manufacturing Grid's application in actual manufacturing industry, but under the guidance of theoretical research we still gain some valuable experience and understanding, and lay a well-knit foundation for the further improving of Manufacturing Grid theory and closely integrating the theory with the actual application.
