With the rapid development of civil aviation in China, how to establish a multi-win-winsituation of civil aviation ticket sale system become more and more important. Differentairlines and dispersed air ticket sale agents all need to build a good platform, in order toimprove the efficiency of the civil aviation. Just in this context, China fetches in theinternational advanced settlement system---BSP. All air ticket sale agents are required to joinit. BSP brings BSP guarantee, which standardize sale agents’ operation, and reduce the risk ofairlines. In this case, BSP guarantee business research is particularly important to thedevelopment of China’s civil aviation.This paper made related research based on risk management in the BSP guarantee.According to the theme and purpose of the study, this paper starting from the riskmanagement theory of the general financing guarantee company and the actual operation andmanagement of Company M BSP guarantee business, adhere to the principle of combinationof theory and practice. There are three research methods used in this paper, the inductivemethod of literature review; qualitative analysis; case analysis.M is the unique guarantee company to provide security services all BSP agencies inChina who is specified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA). The BSPguarantee is M company’s core business, this business not only greatly reduce the risk of theairlines, and promote the development of China’s civil aviation, but also to promote the rapiddevelopment of the Company M. However, there are many problems hidden behind the rapiddevelopment of the Company M. According to the analysis of BSP guarantee business ofCompany M, This paper explored the problems of the BSP guarantee business in riskmanagement, focus on credit risk, market risk and investment risk and proposed to build theBSP credit guarantee model, perfect M’s risk management system, optimize the internalcontrol mechanisms and the investment patterns of risk management to optimizecountermeasures.Hope this paper can be the reference in the development of M, can regularize the marketduring civil aviation transformation period.
