| Based on Hubei key technology project "Integrated Laser processing technology for Auto Clutch" and Huangshi key technology project "The development of dual mass flywheel" and "NC intelligent rolling ring processing equipment", in order to enhance the performance of the vehicle powertrain NVH, the paper focuses on the theory and testing research about the dual mass flywheel integration design of advanced design and forming and connecting. The research focuses on dual mass flywheel performance optimization and processing simulation.First, the research is for the dual mass flywheel structural design, stress analysis, performance optimization, processing simulation.Dual mass flywheel design changes from the experience-based analogy to the scientific analysis. The system is composed of digital structure design and simulation, vehicle NVH analysis, analysis and optimization of forming process, welding process analysis and optimization modules. Based on the PDM technology, the various modules data sharing and integration have been realized through the establishment of a unified product data model and the corresponding interface program to ensure the various softwares data exchange and achieve the design and process integration of dual mass flywheel.Second, the study proposes the dual mass flywheel design calculation formula and designed one kind of product structure to be suitable for the laser welding. The study infers the arc spring torsional characteristic calculation formula through the theoretical analysis of the arc spring distortion characteristic under restrains and discusses the arc spring helical parametric equation. The study has carried on the simulation analysis of the arc spring dual mass flywheel torsional characteristic by using ADAMS software and PRO/E modeling and confirmed the dual mass flywheel elastic characteristic.Third, the study researches on sheet material rolling forming technology of flywheel body and CNC ring rolling machines. By the development of CNC automatic ring rolling equipment, the CAM system is based on the research on technical parameters, structural design, numerical control systems. With sheet metal forming simulation software ANSYS, the finite element analysis at different temperatures have verified the flywheel body rolling technology can meet the requirements of product manufacturing.Fourth, the study is on the development of NC laser equipment for auto clutch. It focuses on the NC system and inspection an monitoring technology. The NC laser equipment development researches on product concept, structural features, computer control system and process parameters. The operation of prototype and processing results have verified the advance of NC laser technology. At the same time, The special simulation software ANSYS is used to analyze temperature field and residual stress of laser welding thermal process and optimized the process parameters.Finally, the research is on the dual mass flywheel testing standard and equipment. The contrast analysis to the product testing result and the simulation result has proven the accuracy of simulation computation and the theoretical analysis conclusion. |
