In modern automobile industry rapid development phase,customer's demanding are increasing more and more on the vehicle comfort,and now the mainstream of the engine technology both turbocharged engine and three cylinder engine which produced more and more bigger torsional vibration,the torsional vibration is transmitted to the gearbox through the fly wheel and clutch,and finally transmitted through the frame to the vehicle body,this is the main excitation source which affecting the vehicle comfort.In the same time due to six speed transmission and DCT transmission are widely used,it needs better torsional vibration damper is applied to power transmission system,so DMF is now the best effect of torsional vibration damper due to its low stiffness.In this article,it provides platform reference for the product development which bases on independent research and development projects of enterprises for "DMF theory research and industrialization ",systematic researching from the theoretical analysis,structure of DMF design optimization,process development,trial production samples and test verification etc.,and it is established DMF product development r standards at the same time.(1)This article is based on some basic parameters of power transmission system,conducts theoretical calculation for the key parameters of long arc spring,and summarized the relationship between the design of arc spring and the structure and properties of DMF,and conducted detailed research for the manufacturing process of arc spring,also described the influence for arc spring by the various process parameters.(2)In this article,it analyzed dynamic simulation for start-stop condition,idling condition and driving taxiing condition by using the Amesim software of Siemens which base on the dynamic simulation model of DMF for the whole vehicle,and carried out the batch processing,and deeply studied the influence for the key parameters of DMF on the above conditions.(3)Based on the spatial structure of a power transmission system,a three-dimensional structure model of DMF was established,it described the effects and processes of each component in detail.The strength analysis was carried out by using the finite element analysis software Abaqus,and further optimized the structure of DMF.(4)The NVH bench-mark test of DMF was carried out based on the whole vehicle,and the comprehensive bench-mark for the start/stop condition,idling condition and driving condition was conducted respectively with the original DMF which comprehensively verified the NVH characteristics of the DMF designed by the research team.In this article the formed development process and standard of DMF which has been verified by multiple rounds,now it can fully meet the NVH characteristics and durability requirements for the whole vehicle.And it has realized industrialization which designed and developed the DMF project by research team for Jilin Dahua machine manufacturing co.,ltd.
