With the holding of United Nations Climate Change Conference, low-carbon economy has become the consensus of the world. How to save energy and reduce the energy cost of unit GDP has become an important index for evaluating the sustainable development of a country. Chinese government even announces that till 2020, the output of carbon dioxide for unit GDP would be reduced by 40%-45% than that of 2005. According to the requirement of "the inform from State Council about printing the comprehensive method for saving energy", the cost of coal for producing electricity of thermal power plants is reduced by 5.1%. Therefore, controlling the cost of thermal power generation, developing saving energy technology and enhancing the advanced operating level of machines is of great signifitance.Thermal power units adopt saving energy technologies such as experienced formula calculation, energy-loss analysis and history optimizing method using data mining technology. Though these technologies could enhance the advanced operating level of machines, they could not adapt to the features of the big machines such as many operating parameters, large data amounts, fast real time calculating speed and so on. This paper analyzes the coal mixed match, boiler combustion and sliding pressure operating of steam turbines, building the fuzzy math model of coal mixed match, boiler combustion advanced control model based on parameter prediction and steam turbine advanced operating model based on sliding pressure operation. This paper uses the strong producing information platform of SIS to combine the above models together and constructs the advanced operating technology of main devices. Meanwhile, this paper also adopts immune searching technology to realize optimizing calculation and obtains the operating cost of generating electricity, which providing a additional desire index for producing management. The main works of this paper are as follows:Firstly, building the new management model which includes the coal mixed match into advanced operation of main devices in thermal power plants, makes the range of advanced operation of main devices broadens a lot. Proposing the method which calculates the electrical cost of main devices advanced operation directly by the mix match proportion of original coal price, compensates the disadvantages such as indirect, complex transformation and low precision in the past cost calculation of electricity generation. This method significantly improves the economy of coal mixed match proportion.Secondly, this paper proposes the boiler combustion advanced operating method which uses intelligent prediction value to substitute uncertain parameters, building boiler combustion advanced model based on parameter prediction and proposing two methods whose target values are boiler combustion efficiency and output concentration of nitrogen oxides, and operates the two methods in the real condition. The results of real operation show that this method is more precise than the data calculated by boiler anti-balanced efficiency, and at the same time, overcomes the problems such as low combination among parameters brought by energy-loss analysis. This method could realize the real time intelligent control of boiler combustion condition and improve the boiler efficiency by 1% compared to traditional method.Then, this paper proposes the steam turbine advanced operating method based on sliding pressure operating technology. According to systematical analysis of the sliding pressure operation for the steam turbine economic influence and the influential indexes of selected parameters of sliding pressure operation in different conditions, this paper adopts BP neutral network to construct the steam turbine advanced operating model, proposing the steam turbine sliding pressure operating curves. The results show that this method efficiently reduces the heat cost of steam turbine.Finally, this paper proposes the energy saving technology of main devices advanced operation based on SIS producing information platform. By using the entire real time date information and strong database of SIS, the paper builds main devices advanced operating saving energy model, which adopts immune searching technology to realize optimizing calculation of main devices system, at the meantime, using bio-neutral network predicting model to verify the real time data, eliminating interruption of bad data, reducing cost of electrical genetation of main devices in changing working conditions and enhancing the economy of thermal power plants.
