Study On Beijing Seedling Management Information System

With the increasing development of Chinese market economy, forestry industrialized structure has come into being, which is leaded by national nursery, and concomitant with multi-economic elements. So the emphasis of nursery management department has been changed into macro-domination, business management, administrative execution, and transformation from marketing and technical management to information service. This paper studied the realization theory and method of seed-seedling informating in depth, which are as to follows: 1. Theory system involved in development method, network communication technology, information system security technology, groupware technology, database, software system, has been developed on the basis of research and analysis. 2. This paper using composed system conception for reference, has modeled system of forestry seedling informating, which is a 5-dimension model including information strategic target, information infrastructure, seed-seedling information system network, composed system, and framework optimized regroup. 3. Beijing Forestry Seedling Management Information System (BJFSMIS) has been built up based on network, which included state-owned nursery management information system, sub-national seed-seedling data up-sending system, seed-seedling unit management information system, and seed-seedling information network. This system is supposed to informationize production, distribution, and management, and realize the scientific management, regulate the market. 4. The seed-seedling information network connecting to BJFSMIS has been constructed in the means of ADO+ASP. So the real-timed information releasing has been brought into use, visual trade market has been provided at the same time. 5. Data remote transmitting has been studied during the development on BJFSMIS, and adding maintenance sign on data made data consistent and realize remote data maintenance. It has been succeeded in constructing Beijing forestry seedling informating, which will promote national forestry seed-seedling informating all over the country, and immensely contribute to forestry spanned development and 6 forestry projects.
