Adopting classical genetic analysis methods, we studied characteristic of resistance to stripe rust and resistance of genetic rule on important Guinong 21, analyzing genetics of product-variety resistance to stripe rust in four Longnan wheats. The main results are as follows. Guinong 21 has excellent all procreate period resistance to stripe rust, it has represented secular (more than 10 years) resistance stability; the resistance to CY31 of Guinong 21 is controlled by a pair of dominate genes, it has stronger transfer ability, this indicate that Guinong 21 is a important resistant resource variety that provided steady resistance. Analysis of resistance to stripe rust of product variety indicates that Zhongliang 17 resistance to CY 31 > CY 32 is controlled by two pairs and a pair of dominate genes respectively; Tianxuan 42 to CY 29 has a pair of dominate resistance genes, to CY31 has a pair of epistatic dominance genes, to CY 32 has a pair of recessiveness resistance genes; Tianxuan 40 to CY 29 has a pair of dominate resistance genes and a pair of inhibiting resistance genes, to CY 31 has a pair of recessiveness resistance genes; Tao 157 to CY 29 has a pair of dominate resistance genes.we have postulated stripe rust resistantce genes to 44 commercial wheat cultivars in Longnan. The data indicated thatYr2,Yr3,Yr9,YrSu,YrSel, YrSpP have been distribution in these cultivars, among these genes Yr9 widely exist in Gansu wheat variety; results show that most Longnan variety are composing with complex resistance to stripe rust gene, this is because parent diversification and breeding process complication. At the same time via hierarchical clustering analysis, We have made clear that some of these variety classify that have the same resistance with Yr9, FrSpP, acquire resistance characteristic and classification that have complex resistance to stripe rust gene composing variety. We have known resistance genes of commercial wheat cultivars in Longnan.We have appraised validity and value in use that 25 varieties to carry resistance gene to stripe rust in Longnan. We have made clear thatYr10,Yr16,Yr17,YrSel and YrC591 and so on are current primary transfer utilize effective gene. Confirm Selkirk, C591,Compair, Hobbit, Cappelle Desprez and so on variety agricultural character apt to improving, and can be emphases utilize in the near future. More using abroad resistance to stripe rust near-isogenic line Nils carry through resistance to stripe rust gene in Longnan validity monitor indicate, those variety that haveYr15,Yr18,Yr24, and Yr26 gene can be availability utilize in Longnan. Furthermore, the back two kinds of combination increase production effect distinctness, has application foreground in product.slow rust variety arrange in pairs variety combination, may choice wide arrange in pairs variety types range.
