| The quality of tobacco and its products is chiefly decided by the inherent chemical composition of tobacco leaf. The content of chemical component and composition proportion in raw material tobacco leaf directly influence the aroma style, quality and safe nature of cigarette product, especially dispensation design and the product quality of cigarette product, which asks for the harmonious and stable aroma style which used the tobacco leaf raw material. This is precondition to pledge the cigarette product quality and benefit. The fragrant precursor of tobacco is the compounds that are formed in growth and development course of the tobacco leaf, not having the aroma characteristic, but in the maturing, curing, aging and combusting course of tobacco, they can form the aroma matter by the reaction of enzyme and oxidation, rearrangement and decomposition under high temperature and humidity condition. Because they are materials which are accumulated in leaves during maturing and curing, and produce the aroma matter during aging and combusting of the tobacco leaf, it bring into play of a connecting link between the preceding and the following. The accumulation, change and decomposition of the fragrant precursor in the maturing, curing, aging and combusting course of tobacco will directly influence aroma style, quality and quantity of flue-cured tobacco. Therefore the component and content of various fragrant precursor in the different genotype and producing areas of flue-cured tobacco to be systemically study not only can be used to create condition of establishment the digitization management system of raw tobacco chemic components, but also can provide trial basis of breed newly and quality division. It possesses important theory and the reality meaning to stabilize the dispensation and flavor style of Chinese style cigarette products and raise the competitive strength of cigarette product at home and abroad. In this study, the component and content of various fragrant precursors include chlorogenic acid, rutin, β-carotene, xanthenes, nonvolatile organic acid and soluble carbohydrate of flue-cured tobacco in the different latitude and elevation, Yunnan and Hunan, were analyzed and researched by HPLC and GC. The main results are as follows:1,The analysis condition of HPLC which can effectively separate and accurately... |
