Intervention:Blank group, model group were given saline 3mL/kg orally, once a dayChinese medicine prescription for Codonopsis pilosula, lily, Radix Linderae, citron skin sunburn, Salvia miltiorrhiza, three seven powder, zedoary, dandelion, Oldenlandia diffusa. According to the need of experiment on the same day with SPF class animal drinking water prepared concentration was 0 36g/mL (containing crude drug 3g/mL) standby.The western medicine group with Weimeisu, according to the date of crushed into powder experiment need, with SPF class animal drinking water prepared dimensional enzyme concentration of 0 15g/mL pigment suspension, and filter the icing sediment to spare.The preparation of end model, began to drug treatment. Each group was given SPF level SIP Standard animal diet feeding. Blank group, model group were given saline 3mL/kg gavage, daily one time; traditional Chinese medicine group was given 3g/kg once a day; traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine group was treated with Weimeisu suspension 2mL/kg (i.e. dimension of 0 3g/kg) by gavage, daily one time. The treatment period lasted 12 weeks. All rats were sacrificed at the end of the experiment after the last.Results:1 clinical in all patients after therapy, TCM syndrome integral index, were obviously decreased, the effect is obvious.2 animal experiment, traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group than those in the model group, the plasma levels of cAMP were significantly increased, with significant difference.3 animal experiment, traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group than those in the model group, the plasma levels of cGMP were decreased, the difference was significant.4 animal experiment, the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group than those in the model group, the serum gastrin decreased significantly, the difference was significant.5 animal experiment, compared with the blank group, free acidity and total acidity in model group were significantly reduced, chronic atrophic gastritis rats gastric acid secretory function decreased. Traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group free acidity and total acidity were improved significantly, the difference was significant. Conclusion:the traditional Chinese medicine can be effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
